Narrow Gauge Railway Rogów-Rawa-Biała
Local name: Kolej Wąskotorowa Rogów-Rawa-Biała
The railway route, which is about 50 km long, is the longest museum route in Poland. Renovated by the Polish Narrow Gauge Foundation, wagons and locomotives have original equipment. Since 2003, the railway has been carrying out train services for passenger trains from Rogowa via Rawa Mazowiecka to Biała Rawska. The railway is connected with sightseeing of sights along the route.
The railway was built in 1915 by the German army. It served the purpose of supplying front troops with weapons and food.
After World War I, it was managed by the Polish State Railways. By 2001, the freight traffic was taking place on the railway.
Museum of narrow gauge rolling stock, counts over 50 objects and is the largest in Poland in terms of number of vehicles and one of the largest in Europe.
