Archdiocese museum in Poznań is located in a historic buidling of Lubrański Academy. Its goal is to collect and share pieces of art and handicraft products related to the activities of the Catholic church. The most precious exhibit is a sword of Saint Peter, which was brought to Poland by the first bishop Jordan in the 10th century.

Archdiocese Museum in Poznań was established at the end of the 19th century. At the beginning of the 21st century, building of Lubrański Academy has undergone a major renovation. Spaces for exhibition were extended, due to adjustment of the old diocesan archive room. 

Rich and various museum collection consists of pieces of religious art, paintings, sculptures and drawings, as well as elements of churches' decor, buckets and liturgical fabrics. There is also a large collection of glass and porcelain from Europe.
