The Old Orangery is part of the complex of the Radziwiłł Palace in Nieborów. Inside the building is a collection of native and exotic plants. The old chimney-duct heating system has also been preserved .
The building of the Old Orangery was built before 1790. It was erected according to the plans of Szymon Bogumił Zug, the famous designer of many classicist buildings in Poland. The Orangery was the property of Augustus II Strong, who created the orangery for favorites, countess Cosel. It housed a specimen of plants from Dresden. The collection of orangery trees was repurchased by Michał and Helena Radziwiłł. In 1981, the conservatory building burned down with vegetation. The only preserved specimen was fig.
The Old Orangery building was reconstructed according to the fire pattern. Today the orangery is open to the public. There are, among others. New Orangery and gardener's cottage.
