Classical Town Hall building in Lowicz, It was built between 1825-1828 during the Kingdom of Poland. Inside the Town Hall you can visit halls decorated with portraits of outstanding Poles and coat of arms of the Kingdom of Poland and the town of Lowicz. In the interwar period, the Magistrates' Building was housed in the City Hall building, the maternal and child care center, the service apartment and the library. Today the City Hall is located in the City Hall.
Inside the Town Hall in Łowicz, on the first floor there is a meeting room with a richly decorated painting frieze, by Józef Lamparski in 1918. In the hall are depictions of 32 voivodships of the First Republic, coat of arms of the Kingdom of Poland and the town of Lowicz. You can see portraits of eminent Poles; Kazimierz Wielki, Tadeusz Kościuszko, Henryk Sienkiewicz, Stanisław Staszic and Jan Łaski.
At the front elevation of the Town Hall in Łowicz there are commemorative plaques. Particularly important is the plaque commemorating Tadeusz Kosciuszko, who in 1790 was in the Lowicz regiment 9 foot walk.
