Placed at the Coal Market Court of the Brotherhood of St. Jerzy is - as the name implies - the former seat of the religious fraternity. This late Gothic building, erected at the end of the 15th century, serves today as the seat of the Association of Polish Architects.
The building of the Society of St. Brotherhood. George in Gdansk is very distinctive. It is built of dark red brick, has a regular structure with large vertical windows, typical for Gothic style. It is covered by a hip roof with slender turrets and one larger, located in the central part of the roof - on top of it is the statue of St. George.
