Saturn Museum

The museum is located in the palace owned by the director of mine "Saturn" built in 1923. It presents monuments related to the history of Czeladź and mining industry, and also exhibits and documents related to the popularization of the city and region.

The facility was established in 2009. Its collections originated from Czeladź Izba of Tradition existing since 2003. It conducts research, documents and popularizes the history of the city and region.

The museum doesn't have permanent exhibitions. Its activity is based on temporary exhibitions dedicated to the history of Czeladź and Zagłębnie Dabrowskiego. It also operates as a publishing house, known as Saturn Publishing House, and an educational facility.
