Slavograd is a reconstruction of an early medieval, Slavic fortress, in which you can see not only buildings and fortifications, but also the temple of Świętovid. During the tour, you can learn about the medieval castle, the realities of contemporary life and customs. There is a livestock farm in the stronghold, herbs are grown and demonstrations of old crafts and duels are organized.
A big attraction is the observation of the life of the town's inhabitants - merchants selling goods, women at the looms, or fighting warriors. You can also talk to a representative of the elders, who tells stories about ancient gods and bodes using magical runes. During the holidays, classes for children and youth in the form of knightly training are organized.
Some of the scenes for the historical movie "Starigrod 1197", telling the story of Starogard from the turn of the twelfth and thirteenth century, were shot in Sławogród.
