Zamek Cieszyn is an institution founded in 2005, originally known as the Silesian Castle of Arts and Entrepreneurship. Its main task is to work for the protection and promotion of artistic craftsmanship and the dying trades of Silesian Cieszyn, as well as to support the development and popularization of industrial design. Additionally, Castle Cieszyn deals with
promotion of regional tourism and cultural events.
The tourist offer includes, among others. Tour of the Castle Hill (both individually and as a guide), as well as organization of trips, which aims to learn the history, traditions and crafts of the Cieszyn Silesia region. You can also take part in culinary and craft workshops.
The institution organizes design contests and exhibitions of ready-made projects. Thematically they concern primarily Silesian design. In addition, he has a library with a bookstore on entrepreneurship, design and new technology.
