In one of the best in Europe in terms of the acoustics of concert halls occurs Symphony Orchestra and chamber ensemble Capella Bydgostiensis. Philharmonic is also a gallery exhibition presenting a portrait of the composer, and a collection of about 30 tapestries of music, woven in the traditional manufactory. You can also see a collection of modern art Nowosielski, Tarasin, Hasior and many other artists. Art collections are exhibited in the halls and in the foyer. A unique collection of instruments includes 54 pianos and harpsichords 70 from around the world. Equipped with the main concert hall with 880 seats for guests are 47 registered mechanical organs, and in the 195-seat chamber hall - 12-baroque organ. Philharmonic is the main organizer of the Bydgoszcz Music Festival and the International Festival Musica Antiqua Europae Orientalis, and participates in the organization of many international competitions.
