One of the most beautiful and magnificent fountains in Poland is a polyphonic composition inspired by a well-known biblical scene, supplemented by water trombones and located in the red sandstone basin. The attractiveness of the sculpture adds night illumination.
A 6 meter tall composition is a central group of characters with a muscular man holding a woman's hand, a dead woman at his feet and a climbing baby. The group is complemented by two side compositions depicting a man fighting a snake and a bear with a dead bear. The whole is complemented by a beautiful, colorful mosaic with wave motif.
The present sculpture is not original, because the statue created by Ferdinand Lepcke in 1904 was confiscated for war purposes in 1943, and one of the city's greatest attractions ceased to exist. Today, after careful reconstruction bronze figures again occupy the right place in their park. Casimir the Great.
