Lithuanian National Museum New Arsenal

The National Museum tells the story of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and Lithuania, displaying a large collection of objects from many sources in the historic walls of the New Arsenal. The institution was established in 1952 as the Historical and Ethnographic Museum, founded by the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences, based on objects from local Polish museums.
