A Cistercian monastery built in the first half of the 12th century and being one of the best examples of early Gothic Burgundian in Italy. It is a three-nave structure with a transept made of light stone. Above the intersection of the aisles there is an octagonal tower with bifora windows, and the façade is decorated with a large rosette and an early Gothic multiplied portal. The interior is ascetic, very simple and unadorned. The monastery buildings adjoin the church.
