A small chapel carved in rock located on the shore of the bay of St. Euphemia. Its creation is associated with the legend of the miraculous rescue of sailors during a storm. They prayed for the image of the Mother of God and entrusted her with their lives. The image they had with them was then stored in a cave on the coast. At the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, two sculptors from Pizzo, Angelo and Alfonso Barone dug a new grotto in the rocks, in which they recreated scenes from the legend and carved an altar. It is now a popular place of local pilgrimage.
