National Museum of San Matteo

In the art museum you can see mainly works from the early Middle Ages up to the 16th century. Among them are paintings and sculptures by Nicoli Pisano and Donatello, as well as a collection of medieval illuminated manuscripts, wooden religious sculpture and ceramics.
