The leaning tower is one of the most famous buildings of the world and the symbol of Italian Pisa. The beginning of its cattle took place in 1174, and the first deviations from the vertical were recorded while erecting the building. For this reason, the tower was completed only after 177 years.
The tower is actually the cathedral's bell tower and bells hang on its top floor. It is 55 m high and is tilted 5 m from the vertical. The building with a cylindrical section is divided into 8 storeys, which are surrounded by arcades made of marble.
