Built in 1924-1929, the gallery housed shops, restaurants and service points. It was supposed to be a city center that lives day and night. Currently, after renovation, the eclectic building with Art Nouveau elements is once again a popular meeting place and spending time. There are trendy restaurants, bars and clubs.
