Medici Palace

The first seat of the Medici family was built in the years 1444-1462 by Michelozza. Visitors are offered the Chapel of the Three Kings with frescoes by Benozzo Gozzoli and a room with wall paintings depicting the apotheosis of the Medici family. It also houses the Biblioteca Riccardiana with the manuscript of Dante's "Divine Comedy".
