Basilica of San Miniato al Monte

The Benedictine temple from the 11th-13th century was built in place of a much older, early Christian church founded in accordance with tradition by the Queen of Lombards, Theodolinda (around 570–628). Inside there is a Renaissance chapel - the work of Michelozzo Michelozzi from 1448.
