One of the oldest museums in Europe was founded in 1581 by the Tuscan prince, Cosmia and Medici. The gallery has an impressive collection of sculpture and painting of Italian and Flemish schools, with the works of the greatest masters - Giott, Botticelli, Michelangelo, Titian, Rubens, Rembrandt and many others.
