Archaeological Museum located in the 15th-century Palazzo Galvani, open to visitors since 1881. The collection presented here was created as a result of combining university collections with the collections of the painter Pelágio Palaga and numerous items from excavations in Bologna. The collection of Egyptian antiques is one of the most important in Europe.
