Galerius Complex
Local name: Γαλεριανό Συγκρότημα
The palace was built at the turn of the 3rd and 4th centuries for the Roman emperor Galerius. It was probably destroyed as a result of an earthquake in the 8th century. The ruins of walls and floors, partly covered with mosaics, have survived to this day.
