Aristotelous Square
Local name: Πλατεία Αριστοτέλους
The most representative square in Thessaloniki. It is surrounded on three sides by monumanetan buildings with arcades built in 1918-1950. It is open towards the sea, which is clearly visible from here. A large monument of Aristosteles stands on the square. According to popular opinion, rubbing his big finger brings luck.
