Roman Agora of Thessaloniki

Local name: Ρωμαϊκή Αγορά Θεσσαλονίκης

The main square of Roman Thessaloniki. It is laid out in terraced form on a hillside above Aristotle Square. It consists of two levels. There are well-preserved buildings of two hundred, i.e. places intended for merchants and officials. In addition, there is a small theater in which gladiatorial fights and Roman baths took place.
