Orthodox cathedral belonging to the Constantinopolitan Patriarchate. It was built in the second half of the nineteenth century and is one of the largest churches in Greece. Its interior is decorated with rich polychromes covering the walls and vaults. A German bomb from World War II is displayed next to the church, which fell on the cathedral during the raid, but did not explode, which was generally considered a miracle.
