Historical Museum

The museum presents the nearly 800-year history of the city of Hannover. The main exhibition shows the changes that the city has undergone from the early Middle Ages to the present. The second exhibition focuses on the flourishing of Hannover under the Guelph dynasty from the 17th to the early 19th century.
