LWL Open-Air Museum

The open-air museum is one of the largest and most important places of this type in Europe. There are 120 reconstructed rural buildings, farms, windmills and houses. There are also workshops in which traditional craft shows, such as blacksmithing and pottery, are presented. In the open-air museum you can also take a carriage ride.
