Vineyards of St. Klara is a fragment of the Prague Botanical Garden in Troy. Currently, the vineyards are divided into two parts - production, which produces wine, and didactic, with descriptions on viticulture. On the 3.5 ha area 110 grape varieties and strains are presented.
Winemaking traditions in the vineyards of St. Clares date back several centuries - the grapes were probably grown here during the time of Václav II. The vineyard is characterized by a steep, southern slope, well sunny, average annual temperature of 8.6 OC and the proximity of the Vltava River, giving the place adequate humidity.

The most popular wines produced here include: Ryzlinkrýnský, Müller-Thurgau, Sauvignon, Modrý Portugal, Rulandskémodré, Neronet, Tramín červený, Muškát moravský, cuvee Angelus, Sauvignon, Muškátmoruve and also Botanical.
