The 42 m high observation tower is located on a nearly 650-meter hill. The building was built in the second half Of the 19th century according to the design of Viennese architects: Ferdinand Fellner and Hermann Helmer. The tower has a restaurant with a panoramic terrace, which offers a panorama of the city.
