Stone lookout tower located on the top of the Zelená Hora hill with a height of 637 m above sea level. The building was built in 1909. During this time, over 200 towers, columns and mounds dedicated to the German Chancellor - Otto von Bismarkk were built in the German-speaking part of Europe and in South America.
