The Moravian Gallery is the largest art museum in Moravia. It occupies several buildings in Brno. You can see in it both the works of old masters as well as the works of modern artists or exhibitions devoted to industrial design.

The Moravian Gallery shows various aspects of ancient and modern art in Moravia. The main exhibition is primarily devoted to Czech art of various periods of time. Here you can see gothic table painting, paintings inspired by the work of Rubens or works of Czech cubism.

Gallery branches are exhibitions devoted to specific issues in the history of art. The most famous of them is the Gallery of Applied Arts. It is focused on design over the centuries. Ceramics, jewelry, clothes and handicrafts were collected here. The gallery also includes exhibitions of modern and contemporary art. It also includes the Jurkovica villa.
