Syon Park

The park was designed in the 18th century in the areas previously belonging to Syon Abbey. Its area is covered by forests, groves and wet, floodplain meadows on the River Thames. They are protected as a nesting area for many species of water and marsh birds. Several kilometers of walking and cycling routes have been marked out through the park.
