Wandsworth Common

Wandsworth Common is a public area, covering almost 70 ha. In their area there are several lakes and ponds where you can fish. Many walking paths have been created here, including one leading through a small brick bridge on the lake. There are also pitches, bowls and a café. There is also a playground adapted to the needs of children with physical disabilities, called The Lady Allen Adventure Playground.

There are several organizations operating in Wandsworth Common, including the "The Scope" education center, named after the Craig telescope, once the largest lens telescope in the world. The Wandsworth Common Tennis & Bowls Center is also located here.

Some Victorian homes on the Wandsworth side are called the "Toast Rack." Many of them contain so-called blue plates with information about famous residents. Former British Prime Minister David Lloyd George lived in one of them.
