Cinema Museum
The Cinema Museum located in the London Borough of Lambeth, one of the 32 boroughs of Greater London, in the historic Victorian refuge of Lambeth. The facility was founded by film lovers Ronald Grant and Martin Humphries. We will find here exhibitions dedicated to the history of cinema, items related to film production or cinema experience over the years.
Among the exhibits we can see a large collection of all movie projectors, both professional and amateur, that have ever been produced. There is also a large collection of movie posters, tickets or even extraordinary items such as cinema chairs or popcorn packaging.
Those interested are also attracted by the building itself, not only because of the beautiful architecture, but also because of the history associated with this place. It was here, in the Lambeth shelter, that childhood spent the international class actor Charlie Chaplin, when his mother fell into misery.
