Roundhay Park

One of the largest city parks in Europe. On almost 300 hectares of land, there are groves, meadows, a pond and decorative gardens. The park was opened in 1871. In 1911, a large greenhouse named "Tropical world" was built on its site. Its interior recreates the conditions of the equatorial climate, with lush tropical vegetation.
