Osborne House and Garden
Osborne House is a former royal residence on the Isle of Wight. It has the status of a historic monument, functions as a museum and is managed by English Heritage. The Osborne House was owned by Queen Victoria, and it was here that she spent her summer days in the company of Prince Albert, marveling at the beauty of the property and the surrounding landscape.
Osborne House has won numerous awards, including for the most beautiful garden on the Isle of Wight. However, what particularly attracts to the residence is the opportunity to experience the level of noble life. Queen Victoria and Prince Albert left a whole collection of objects, furniture and paintings in Osborn. We will see here not only the rooms where the Queen hosted heads of state, but also playrooms for children and private apartments. It is also worth taking a stroll through the garden terraces, from where you can admire this beautiful view of the Solent, which was admired not only by the English ruler, but also by the crown heads she hosted.
