Palace of Rumine
Local name: Palais de Rumine
The nineteenth-century Renaissance building in the Florentine style was built in 1892 according to the design of the architect Lyonnais Gaspard Andre. It was opened on November 3, 1902, although construction works continued until 1904. Currently, one of the three locations of the Cantonal and University Library in Lausanne is located here, as well as several art galleries.
