The Life Museum located in Lund, Sweden. The opening of the facility took place in 2012. The permanent exhibition is based on exciting themes inspired by the functioning of the human body. Participants will learn the secrets of biology in an interactive and modern way, combining science with fun.
The museum focuses on the human body, showing how we move, breathe, think and use our senses. In addition to the permanent exhibition, the facility also organizes temporary exhibitions, focusing, among others, on the history of research on the human body or technology that allows us to look deep into our bodies.
The museum is run by the Kulturen organization on behalf of the Skåne Region in cooperation with the Swedish Society for Medical History. The mission of the organization also includes acquiring new materials and managing medical history collections.
