Stadsparken is a park located in the center of Lund. It was founded in 1911 around the medieval city walls. In the northern part of the park, there is the city's only public indoor swimming pool and the former astronomical observatory. The southern part has been transformed into the so-called the nordic jungle.
The park also has a skatepark, an outdoor gym and a parkour track. The modern playground consists of futuristic mounds, trampolines, swings and a maze. There is a sandbox and a small queue for younger children. There are aviaries for birds next to the playground. They live in, among others large parrots and budgies.
There are also beach volleyball and handball courts in the park, as well as a 13 m high and 5.5 m wide climbing wall.
