The remains of the Roman Theater in Malaga can be admired at the foot of the hill on which the Alcazaba citadel stands. The theater was probably built in the 1st century BC. A large part of the audience has survived to this day (cavea) - seating is preceded by narrow stairs (scalaria). The orchestra is also visible, i.e. the place where the choir stood. Near the ruins there is an information center with a multimedia exhibition on the object. Quotes from the "Lex Flavia Malacitana" bill were engraved on the walls of the pavilion.
