La Concepción Botanical Garden

Jardín Botánico-Histórico La Concepción in Málaga is a large garden designed in the English style. About 50,000 plants grow here, including species characteristic of tropical and subtropical climate, as well as examples of flora from the Mediterranean. Worth mentioning is the large pergola with beautiful flowering wisteria, as well as the nymph pond with the historic statue by Paco Durrio. The garden was founded at the end of the 19th century.
