One of the most impressive buildings in Madrid is the 19th-century Palacio de Fomento, which was once the headquarters of the Ministry of Development. Admiring the building, one can observe Renaissance influences or the most characteristic element: the central part with four pairs of Corinthian columns. A group of bronze sculptures by Agustín Querol completes the facade.
