Calle de Alcalá is one of the longest and oldest streets in Madrid. It starts at Puerta del Sol and stretches for 10.5 km to the northeastern outskirts of the city. Along this street there are monuments such as the building of the Cervantes Institute Headquarters, the Bank of Spain building and the Metrópolis Building.
