Second Tower

Local name: Seconda Torre (La Cesta)

The tower is located on the highest peak of Monte Titano, on which San Marino lies. It was built in the 13th century on the site of a Roman fort as part of the city's fortifications. Since 1956, it houses a museum of weapons, which presents over 1,500 items of equipment from the Middle Ages to the present day.
