Piazza Libertà

The main square of San Marino, which is a popular meeting place for locals and tourists. It offers a beautiful view of the countryside. The center of the square is occupied by a statue of the impersonation of Freedom on a richly decorated postum. The main building within the square is the neo-Gothic town hall with arcades. The stone houses on the eastern frontage are now home to restaurants and luxury guesthouses.
