The enchanted castle is located in the picturesque Nicolae Romanescu Park in Craiova. It was built in 1905 in a romantic style to disguise the water tower located here. During the communist times it housed a restaurant, and in the nineties it housed a bar. In the following years, the building was abandoned and plunged into ruin.
