A small, one-nave church belonging to the buildings of the former Carmelite monastery. It was built on the site of an earlier chapel. The very richly decorated interior contrasts with the very modest external appearance. They are covered by a barrel vault with coffers, while the walls are covered with mosaics of azulejos tiles with biblical scenes and paintings showing the life of the Mother of God. The additions include a rococo, carved and gilded altar, and intricately decorated picture frames.
