The nationally unique facility is home to more than 10,500 animals from all over the world. It is the largest and richest Zoo in Poland, covering an area of 33 hectares.
The beaver of the garden is Africa with swimming pools reproducing the waters of Lake Tanganyika, the Red Sea and the Mozambique Channel, as well as the ecosystems of eastern Africa, the Namibian coast, the jungle of the Congo River and the beaches of the Red Sea.
In the garden there is also the native fauna that can be seen in Odrarium, presenting species of fish living in the Odra River. There is a Rancho, where children can take a ride on Shetland ponies. Daily show meals are provided at the designated times, and on the children's premises you can buy food at the slot machine and feed the animals on their own.
The Wrocław garden has gained fame not only thanks to the richness of the local fauna, but also thanks to many years of directors - the Guccian state, who brought the animal world closer to interesting TV programs.
