Warsaw Bread Museum unveils the mystery of bread baking and presents the history of baking and confectionery. Collections are located in three halls in the garage of the building where the bakery of the museum's founder - Marian Pozorek - operates. They consist of rogalikarka (a device used in the production of kiflis), the device for beating flour out of flour bags, bakery shovels, the machine for grinding seeds, and various types of cutters. There are also diplomas, the banner of the Warsaw Baker's Guild, and depictions of patron of bakers and confectioners - Saint Clement. The oldest exhibit is the 19th-century receipt for bakery salt. The collection is still growing.

Established in 2000, the museum is one of the smallest and original facilities in the capital. Its founder, real enthusiast of his job, was a member of the Warsaw's Baker's Guild since 1959. He started collecting valuable objects related to bread production in the 1980s. The museum also displays works by artists inspired by this difficult job. The tour get the tastebuds going which can be satisfied in the neighboring bakery.
