The factory was built in 1931-1936, thus it is the oldest chocolate factory in Poland. Inside its walls is the spirit of history and the founding theme of the founders.
The factory is open to visitors only during the Night of Museums. On this occasion, guests can visit the historical study of Jan Wedel, who was responsible for the dynamic development of the chocolate company in the interwar period. Factory visitors will find out where the cocoa contained in E. Wedel chocolates comes from and learn the secret of their very chocolate flavor.
Thanks to a walk along the special excursion trail, visitors will have the opportunity to look at the Venus line, on which Wedel chocolate bars are made. Event participants will also look at Pracownia Rarytasów, where under the watchful eye of Master and Maestro chocolate E. Wedel, handmade chocolate masterpieces are made.
