Bread Museum

The Open-Air Museum of Bread is a unique place on the map of Poland. Lots of interesting attractions await visitors. Everyone can enjoy traditional dishes, including fresh bread. In addition, you can make your own bread using a traditional wood-burning oven. In the open-air museum lectures on milling and baking are organized.

The open-air museum building is stylized as a 19th-century log cabin made of thatched roofs. Inside, machines that used to be used on each farm were exposed. We will see a spinning wheel, a mill wheel, a 120-year-old furnace and a lot of small equipment.

The interior of the building welcomes you with the amazing aroma of fresh bread. Here you can taste many types of bread: wholemeal, sunflower, buttermilk or made with honey. The tasting is free and no one separates the portion. One of the most interesting attractions is the chance to bake your own loaf, using your own hand-ground flour.
